Edith’s Restaurant is a great, fun Cabo restaurant.  Reservations can be difficult to make, but if you’re staying in one of the better resorts in Cabo, the concierge can usually get you in.  Edith’s is a fun place.  We always start off with a pitcher of margaritas and then switch to red wine.  Edith’s Restaurant features lobster, seafood, shrimp and steak.  It also has Tampiquena and the Pancho Villa, which offer samplings of traditional Mexican cooking.
