Peacock’s Restaurant in Cabo is a 5 star mediterranean cuisine restaurant. I would describe it as innovative mediterranean food with a latin flavor as well. It is set in a great garden surrounding. It has a walk-in wine cellar that is well-stocked. I like the tuna rolls and lobster dumplings to start followed by the fish dueto, the New York strip or the rack of lamb.

Edith’s Restaurant is a great, fun Cabo restaurant. Reservations can be difficult to make, but if you’re staying in one of the better resorts in Cabo, the concierge can usually get you in. Edith’s is a fun place. We always start off with a pitcher of margaritas and then switch to red wine. Edith’s Restaurant features lobster, seafood, shrimp and steak. It also has Tampiquena and the Pancho Villa, which offer samplings of traditional Mexican cooking.

Swiss chef Alex Brulhart serves international cousine in his fine dining restuarant Alexander’s Restaurant in Cabo. Fondue (cheese, beef and seafood) is one of his specialties. The Hang Beef is my favorite. It is served with a flourish of blue flame. It comes on a wooden platter with a metal rack holding marinated cooked beef and with cups of garlic, cognac-tomato, curry, spicy and tartar sauces. It comes with perfectly cooked pomme frites (French fries) and fresh vegetables. Alexander’s is located at Plaza Bonita in Cabo, on the marina side. Try it on your next vacation in Cabo.
