The Cabo Real Golf Course is a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. design that winds high up the mountainside for the first six holes and then winds its way down to the Sea of Cortez. It has great mountain and ocean views. Cabo Real is a challenging golf course that high and low handicappers will enjoy. The winds can be tricky on this 7,000+ yard, 73.8 rated course.

The Palmilla Golf Club at the One & Only Palmilla is Jack Nicklaus’s first golf course in Latin America. It features spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez on nearly every hole. It consists of the Arroyo Nine, the Mountain Nine and the Ocean Nine. The rugged desert and mountain terrain features centuries old cardon cacti.

Cabo San Lucas Country Club

The Cabo San Lucas Country Club is located at the southern tip of Baja California, at the meeting of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. It is a public course that is close to Cabo San Lucas, only a short taxi ride away. For those staying in Cabo itself, this is the closest golf course. It used to be known as the Raven Club. Views are ocean, mountain and desert, and include Land’s End, San Lucas Bay and the Sea of Cortez. The fairways of this Pete Dye designed course are lined with palo blanco trees and cardon cacti. The seventh hole is 620 yards, a par 5 double dogleg around a lake.

The Cabo Del Sol Ocean Course and the Cabo Del Sol Desert Course are golf courses located in the tourist corridor of Cabo. The Ocean Course sits on 1,800 acres of land along two miles of oceanfront. It combines great ocean, mountain and desert views. There are seven holes right on the ocean. Course deisgner Jack Nicklaus calls Cabo Del Sol “the most spectacular golf course property on earth.” Many refer to Cabo Del Sol as “the Pebble Beach of Baja.” It is part of Golf Magazines list of “The Top 100 Golf Courses in the World.”
