Alexander’s Restaurant

Swiss chef Alex Brulhart serves international cousine in his fine dining restuarant Alexander’s Restaurant in Cabo.  Fondue (cheese, beef and seafood) is one of his specialties.  The Hang Beef is my favorite.  It is served with a flourish of blue flame.  It comes on a wooden platter with a metal rack holding marinated cooked beef and with cups of garlic, cognac-tomato, curry, spicy and tartar sauces.  It comes with perfectly cooked pomme frites (French fries) and fresh vegetables.  Alexander’s is located at Plaza Bonita in Cabo, on the marina side.  Try it on your next vacation in Cabo.
